Melt the butter and stir in the biscuit. Mix well and then press into the base of the tin. Set aside.In a bowl, beat the Philadelphia and sugar together then add the sieved cocoa and flour. Mix well then beat in the eggs and soured cream until smooth.Pour over the biscuit base and bake for 45 minutes, turn off the oven and allow to cool with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour. Remove and chill for a couple of hours or overnight.

  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g digestive biscuits, crushed finely
  • 320 g Philadelphia 
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 150 ml soured cream

Genoveffa porta in questa foto un squisito « pix’an’mix » costituito da un paio di pantaloni grigi a righe ,una camicia stinfia,a fiorami sul celestino, borsetta vintage-archeologico,scarpe e occhialoni bicori a dominante sul grigio.

Vi prego di notare sul cappello l’addizione del fiore turchese per fare « pandan ».

Manca a Genoveffa un gatto Certosino grigio epilettico,che purtroppo si é perso in piazza Bernini..IMG_20140913_120617

C’erano due allegri conduttori in due vespe rosse che andavano felici a comprare materassi …

E grandi nuvoloni si sono accumulati !

 Mmmmh… je crois que ça vient vers nous…

E uno dei due continuava a dire :  » Ma io voglio andare a Roses… Voglio andare in biblioteca … ».

Ma quell’altro, che fesso non era, disse : « Beh, tu vai pure. Io vado a casa ».

E sono tornati tutte e due con le vespe rombanti…

Cinque minuti dopo : l’apocalisse !! Tuoni, lampi, pioggia, scrosciante!!
